WHAT TO EXPECT ON EMBARKATION DAY

Temporarily, check-in will only take place at the Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport, located at 76 Industrial Highway, Essington, PA 19029

When you arrive:

• Guests who purchased NCL transfers from the airport will be brought directly to the Clarion Hotel, where the NCL team will be ready to welcome you and guide you through the check-in process.
• Guests arriving independently to the Clarion Hotel will be greeted by on-site staff who will direct you to the parking area and assist with next steps.
• Parking is available at the Clarion Hotel in an area reserved for our guests. Parking fees are paid directly to the hotel. Rates are approximately $16 per day and are subject to change.
• Luggage drop-off will take place just outside the hotel entrance. After dropping your bags, you’ll proceed inside to complete parking payment and continue to check-in.
• Check‑in will take place inside the hotel ballroom. To ensure a smooth and well‑paced experience for everyone, please arrive during the check‑ in time selected during online check‑ in.
• Please note that while wheelchair assistance will not be available at the Clarion Hotel, our team will do their best to assist guests with mobility needs. Once at the port, wheelchair assistance will be provided for those who have requested assistance to embark on the ship.

After check‑in, complimentary shuttles will transport all embarking guests from the hotel to the pier. We recommend keeping your passport, required identification, medications, and personal essentials with you in a carry‑on bag, as these will be needed during the embarkation process.

For everyone’s safety and to ensure smooth access at PhilaPort, guests cannot make their own way to the port, and there is no option to check‑in at the ship. Only guests arriving on the official buses from the Clarion Hotel will be allowed entry into the port area.

At the pier:

• Upon arrival, guests will be guided through security screening inside a covered tent before continuing onto the ship.
• The final walk to the ship is outdoors and uncovered, and you may notice nearby construction as the permanent terminal continues to take shape. We recommend dressing comfortably and checking the weather, so you’re prepared for the short walk.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON DISEMBARKATION DAY

• Guests with NCL transfers will disembark at the pier and be transported directly to the airport. All other guests will be shuttled back to the Clarion Hotel to collect their vehicles or arrange onward transportation.
• Ride share and taxi services will not be available from the pier. Guests requiring these services may arrange pickup from the Clarion Hotel.
