**Please note the below information is only for the August 13 Embarkation and August 20 Debarkation.**

AUGUST 13 EMBARKATION

Prior to Embarkation

Complete online check-in through your MyNCL account between 21 and 3 days prior to sailing. Print and attach your luggage tags before arriving, and keep medications, travel documents and other essential items with you in your carry-on.

Check-in Location:

Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport
76 Industrial Highway
Essington, PA 19029

When you arrive:

• Guests using NCL airport transfers will be brought directly to the hotel.
• Guests arriving independently will be directed by on-site staff for parking and check-in.
• Parking is $16 per day, per vehicle. Guests are strongly encouraged to pre-pay by calling the Clarion at 610-521-9600, daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or emailing [email protected].
• Luggage drop-off will take place outside the hotel entrance, followed by check-in inside the ballroom.
• Guests should arrive during their selected check-in window.

Following check-in, complimentary shuttle buses will transport all guests to the pier. All guests must use the official shuttle transportation; direct access to the port or ship will not be permitted.

Accessibility Information:

Wheelchair assistance will not be available at the Clarion Hotel during check-in. Wheelchair assistance will be available at the terminal for guests who have requested it. Guests who are able may wish to bring their own wheelchair, walker or other mobility aid for use during embarkation.

For safety and operational reasons, all guest must travel to the port via these official shuttles. Direct access to the port or ship will not be permitted.

AUGUST 20 DISEMBARKATION

When Norwegian Jewel returns to Philadelphia on Thursday, August 20, disembarkation is expected to take place at the new:

Upon arrival in Philadelphia:

• Guests with vehicles parked at the Clarion Hotel may take a complimentary shuttle back to the hotel.
• Guests traveling to Philadelphia International Airport may purchase an NCL airport transfer.
• Uber and Lyft may pick up guests directly from the cruise terminal. PLEASE NOTE: Guests should wait until they have fully disembarked and are ready for pickup before requesting a ride.
• Guests arranging private transportation should use 4 Atlantic Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19153 as their pickup address.

Disembarkation is expected to take place approximately between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Guests should allow additional time to collect luggage, clear the terminal and travel to their next destination.
